Terms of Service for Chatbuddy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly provide services to children under 13.

2. Services Description

Chatbuddy provides a comprehensive chatbot service, AI automation, and automated workflow platform designed to streamline digital interactions and business processes. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Security

• Account Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information (including name, email, and age) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities occurring under your account are your responsibility.
• Unauthorized Use: You agree to notify us immediately at info@chatbuddy.com.ph of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

In accordance with the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (R.A. 10175) and other applicable laws, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Post or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or discriminatory.
• Engage in unauthorized "scraping," data mining, or hacking of the Site.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Upload viruses or malicious code designed to disrupt the Site's functionality.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on Chatbuddy, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Best Deals Distribution Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (R.A. 8293). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use only.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of Chatbuddy is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data (including sensitive personal information like height, weight, and employment details) as described therein, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (R.A. 10173).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, Best Deals Distribution Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services. 9. Indemnification

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the proper courts of Marikina City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
